The Vales EC Development
The Vales is being jointly developed by the SingHaiyi Group & Kay Lim Investment, who won the land sale in a hotly-bidded 12-way contest for this plum site in Sengkang.
Their winning bid of $192.9 million was just 1% above the next highest bid. Works out to $367 per sq ft (psf) per plot ratio (ppr).
Kay Lim, a construction company, had previously also entered into joint ventures with SingHaiyi for the de- velopment of residential projects in Singapore, such as Pasir Ris One, and the executive condominium City- Life @ Tampines.
